How can I place my order?

You can order any of our gift baskets from the Shop page of our website! Simply choose the basket(s) you want, enter the pertinent information and pay with a credit card.

Can I cancel my order?

Since we get to work on packaging and shipping your gift basket right away, we do not accept cancellations. If you need to make a change to you order, contact us right away and we will do our best to accommodate!

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order within 24 hours. From there, it takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns.

What do I do if I don’t receive my package?

Contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 (or visit their website) and have your tracking number ready. If they are unable to help, please contact us.

What if I need my basket delivered on a certain day?

Please include a note with your order and we will do our best!
